Business with AED International is easy. The following are the simple steps
involved in business transaction.
1. Fill and
submit the application form for registration:
An application form is available on the AED International website, which is
linked from this page. You need to fill in this form and submit to us.
2.
Approval of your Application:
AED International will need 2 days to process the application. We will
get back to you by e-mail, mentioning the status of the application.
3.
Receive Username and Password from us:
Those approved applicants will receive an USERNAME and PASSWORD from us,
which you may use while visiting our website. The Username and Password
are very important, as the information on the pages after login are confidential
wholesale prices.
4.
Browse the site after logging in:
The Username and Password, as mentioned in Step(3) will be asked for,
in the PRODUCTS page of the website. Thereafter, you are free to browse
anywhere on the site.
5.
How to place your order:
You
can place your order by clicking on the ORDER button on top of the page.
Then fill all the information required on the order form. You will then
receive an order acknowledgement by email or fax.
6.
Make Payment as agreed:
You may do that via a Telegraphic Transfer or an Open Irrevocable confirmed
L/C in our favor.
1)
Irrevocable & confirmed letter of credit.
2)
30% deposit, balance 7 days before shipment.
3) Advance payment is required for orders less than $5,000USD.
7.
Notification of shipment schedules:
According the mode of transport agreed, we will send you shipment information
and Support Export Documents like Original Invoices, Truck Receipt | Air
Way Bill | Bill of Lading, Certificate from Chamber of Commerce, Attestation
by Embassy etc., if needed or required.
8.
Tell us your feedback of the process:
We need our customers to tell us about their experience transacting online.
